While visiting our Shopping Center the following activities will not be accepted:
- Violations of the law
- Any activity that threatens the safety of our customers, merchants and/or employees
- Any activity that threatens the well-being of the shopping center and its property
- Any activity that disrupts our welcoming, family-oriented shopping environment
- Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of the property, which is shopping, dining, visiting retailers or offices for business purposes
- Any activity that would disrupt the legitimate business of the Shopping Center's property and its merchants.
Examples of specific activities that are prohibited include but are not limited to:
- Unnecessarily blocking walkways, roadways, back alleyways or storefronts
- Running, horseplay, riding bicycles on walkways, electric bikes on walkways, scooters on walkways, mopeds on walkways or disorderly conduct of any nature
- Excessive loitering, hanging out in your vehicle and/or siting or lying down on walkways.
- Operating unauthorized recreational and/or personal transportation devices in the shopping center
- Disruptive profanity, vulgar or threatening language
- No firearms or illegal weapons
The Shopping Center is a privately owned property. Customers/Guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
